This was a company matter rather than an individual matter so the appropriate response was for the agency, where he’s the CEO and the only artist, to issue a statement on behalf of the company, as this involved more than one person’s decision-making.

They literally issued an official apology within two hours, which is faster. And they also ensured the t-shirt wouldn’t appear again and they are all against racism, which is literally the same apology framework 🤷‍♀️
