@lufthansa @camiavellar The phone lines are useless. You have to get to the nearest airport and speak to a Lufthansa baggage person directly. They have access to systems no phone line people do.

@SirVincentFred @lufthansa @NFT_NYC We had lost luggage and the only thing that worked was getting face to face with someone at the airport. They found it in 5 minutes and we had it the next day.

@lufthansa kudos to Rudina at Boston’s Logan airport. She is the only person we dealt with at your airline who understands customer service. She found our bags in 5 minutes after 5 days of no luck with your customer service department.

Both bags lost now for five days- #Lufthansa has no answers - just lots of forms to fill out. Hoping we have some answers soon. May never fly them again.
