@bioenergeticmel It’s so random. I ate terribly and only gained 20 with my first and lost significantly more than that postpartum. I am a very active person which helps. I’m pregnant with my second and hoping the same thing happens lol

@techhsiren I think we are all different and genetics play a big role. I got very lucky. I was ravenous when BF and ate copious amounts of sugar the first three months. I dropped weight extremely fast despite my diet.
