IMHO Crypto will never succeed in the long run. Reasons
1. Monetary Policy is the exclusive preserve of Sovereign Govt, much like Defense, Foreign Policy.
2. Crypto mining is finite:pain for deficit financing
3. Cost of mining addnl unit goes on increasing.
4. Sovereign pushback.

I have an alternate take on this. Wonder how many would agree.

Have any of us ever encountered a situation where one (of us) might have done something really good but our known circle were more jealous than appreciative? That we would want some unknown chappie to do well rather than to have to live with 'shame' that our known guy did but we didnt?

Is it somewhere at the root of it? Not being able to take neighbor's success as a welcome event?

@tathvamasi6 Not incompetent atall. Just some fund needed. Check @DaakiaConnects. They have made a fully indian Enterprise communication platform like Teams and VC like Zoom/Webex. So it can be done. But not without money.

But let me tell you a story and expound on it which does support your point, though i would still not go for wholesale condemnation of Babus.

There is this Start Up @DaakiaConnects which I mentioned in other post too. Incubated by MEITY and STPI in field of Enterpise Communication like Teams, Zoom etc. Holding Indian and US patent since 2020 for a fearure which is now used by almost all.

While in diacussion with founder, he said it is difficult to raise fund. It was infirmed to him that government has made many initiatives, Fund of Funds, MSME funds, collateral free loans. Total funds from various schemes would exceel 30-40 Thousand crores. Why not apply there?

Well, he said with a sense of resignation that not only has he applied in all schemes, even SIDBI Venture Funds, he has applied to every corporates, private HNIs, almost every VC in India. Almost 500+ ! Just imagine!

A few responses in single digits, asked him to revert when he was cash positive! Almost when he didnt need money.

So where are those government funds going? And IP holding Start Ups not getting funded?

This surely is not ONLY Babus. This is the mindset we are talking about.

Not only sovereign AI sir, but also Made in India platforms for Video Conferencing, Enterprise Communication, Messaging etc. Government incubated @DaakiaConnects has made an Enterprise Communication platform along with Video Conferencing platform.

Data is the digital oil and all AI are using our data for free. By using Indian platforms, true digital sovereignty can be achieved and foreign AI platforms need to be denied the fuel of indian data oil.

I was scammed on a reputed Auction website. They sent me pics of items through their (Auction House aggregator's) messaging platform and also some on my wsapp.

I have filed a complaint with I3C. I also have their wsapp number. How can I pin down more details of their identity, location etc?
