@MyIndusIndBank - I tried opening an account today for my mother in law and tried the digital KYC. I am sorry to state this but you have a completely flawed digital KYC system being operated by people who don't understand even a bit about a bit KYC.

2) Agents make us wait on the portal on 30 mins and suddenly switch off the call
