@Starlink I have paid €40 a month for a couple of years, then get an email last month stating it would go up to €45. Imagine my surprise when u was billed for €65! How?

@RoyalMail I really do wonder why anyone uses royal mail any more. Anything that I have had delivered using Royal mail 48 tracking has taken weeks to be delivered. Website fails. I know the item arrived at a local depot 4 days ok. Utter rubbish.

@c2c_Rail yet again, your app states late trains at 22:00, turn up at fenchurch Street and it's shut with last train 20:30. How hard is it to state no service on your app? How hard is it to provide a train service at all?

@dhlexpressuk I posted a package guaranteed next day a week ago and it still hasn't arrived. Shocking that you are impossible to contact or even know where it is or when it will be delivered. Awful service.
