1999, Bola Ahmed Tinubu invested Lagos State $800M into a White Elephant Project. Husband of Akara investment Enterprise never gave Lagos the service or return on investment. It's Peter Obi that invested and the intrest was used to build airport that you're blabbering about. Tinubu doesn't know the guy who is to be appointed the Provost of College of Education, Eha-Amufu, Enugu state for eg but the guy has to be 'lobby' the Presidency to be able to get the appointment.

He pays some amount in advance with a commitment to pay more while in office.

The gatekeeper gets the President to issue a letter of appointment and the circle continues.

APC has institutionalised corruption in this country and everything is now for sale.
