@Luas Things change but at the very least we should be able to trust what the drivers announce. Driver announces one thing and something totally different happens & I end up going further from home. And the destination shown on the tram isn't reliable either. Not good enough.

@Luas was on a luas to Saggart. Get to Belgard and it's announced it's going to Tallaght so get off. They say next two will go to Saggart. Next one arrives and says it's going to Tallaght but next one will go to Saggart. Get on the next one and it fucking goes to Tallaght. WTF?!

@Luas can you please tell me why after waiting for a luas to Saggart (2 Tallaght ones went while I waited) it's now diverted to Tallaght?! Saggart is totally underserviced and this happens constantly, it's impossible to get home

@AskAIB your loan calculator on your website appears to be broken, once you put in your amount and hit calculate my loan the next step has a load of blank buttons and you can't proceed. Tried on mobile and desktop Chrome.

@Luas I understand delays happen but telling people there's up to a 10 minute delay and then having no luas for 35 minutes isn't ok. Please give people realistic estimates so they can make decisions ☹️

@Luas at Fortunestown stop and for the last 10 minutes there's no estimate on the next luas east. Telling us there's delays of up to 10 minutes is ridiculous. When is the next luas? I can't make a decision on alternatives to get to work on time if you don't give an estimate 😓
