@LGUK 🔥Update:
LG engineer came, didn't touch the machine, said he'd 'never seen anything like it' & sent photos to corporate. Since then? Total silence. You ignore my DMs. You ignore my emails. A major appliance fire is a safety crisis, not something you sweep under the rug!

@LGUK @LGUKCare It shouldn't take an X post to get a response to a house fire (11 June, Fire Inc 04517). LG UK ignored me. Offshore team dismissed a safety crisis as 'out of warranty' & delayed an engineer 11 days. Trading Standards & BBC Watchdog are on it. I want a UK director to call me.
