In 2 years, dietitians in the CHST have:

⭐️Completed MUST audits & training in 38/44 BHSCT nursing homes
⭐️Reviewed 1466 residents MUST documentation
⭐️Trained 95 nursing home chefs
⭐️Provided 45 face to face training sessions in nursing homes

…and we’re just getting started!
