@mtgillikin Not to mention the delays in permit issuance/processing coupled with rising interest rates and inflation are r only going to take a lot of people who would be buyers of new builds out the picture and only increase demand for existing housing.

@mtgillikin @ewg118 The thing that is expensive is having to pay repeated severance packages to high level employees and then outsource the job functions to consulting firms. If a firm can help find a candidate, could well be worth it but only if the city can retain key, talented employees.
