Swiggy’s conduct in Order #237643145611530 is completely unacceptable. Order placed at 5:29 PM for a family function. One part of the split order was delivered, the remaining order never arrived even after hours of waiting late into the night. #Swiggy #ConsumerRights #CustomerExp

@SwiggyCares The order was not delivered, the cancellation was forced due to prolonged delay and lack of response, & despite repeated followups, the issue remains unresolved. You are once again requested to process the refund/reversal immediately and confirm the same without any further delay

Most shocking part? Swiggy’s own email clearly states:
“Your Swiggy order is cancelled because your order was running late.”Despite admitting the delay from their side, Swiggy is still refusing to refund the amount / reverse cancellation charges.@Swiggy #ConsumerRights

If the platform itself acknowledges failure in delivery due to excessive delay, how can the customer be penalised for it?This is unfair trade practice and clear deficiency in service.Consumers should not be forced to pay for operational failures of delivery platforms.
