Has anyone actually asked the ACPS bus drivers what they think it would take to get/keep more drivers? Ask them for any and all ideas! Obviously $22.58/hr is not enough. I think a lot of parents would say “Raise it higher, I don’t care what it takes, my kid needs a bus.”
