and just checked about my complaint # 61992983, it was routed to basirhat - and still no solution and explanation on the crm.

pl check attached for the photographs of the letter, the cheque and my updated passbook supporting my statement - and i request you to take required actions so that i can get my money back and the policy premium paid in same amount without causeless penalty.

i at once updated our passbook and found that there was enough fund to cover the amount and also sbi had deducted rs.590/- for the same ground too!!!
