Brady already beat Mahomes in the SB, plus he never got blown out. Last night Mahomes wasn’t just average, he was trash. Outside of some garbage time yards/points when the defense had the game in check, it’s one of the worst ever in a SB.

@DomClare Start McCarthy and keep Jones as a cheap insurance policy. Keep drafting until you find a QB that has “it”. Teams mirror the ceiling of their QB. Kirk was a B+ guy that got B+ results. I know it still takes a team but QB is essential minus a couple outliers… Dilfer, Johnson, etc

@DomClare Lack of confidence. He went from a low pressure bridge QB to a top FA and some people just aren’t built for the bright lights. Unfortunately, you don’t know how they respond until big moments arrive.

Now we know and there’s no reason to shell out big money.
