I have finally had time to sit down and thumb through my copy of the Dunmanifestin edition of the Ultimate Discworld Companion. Wow! The quality is superb. Well done to @terryandrob, @StephenPBriggs and @PaulKidby. Now need to find time to read A Life With Footnotes.

@My6Percent It’s the way the tories operate. First 40% of a Tory government is filled with blaming the previous administration, 2nd 40% is arguing about Europe and the last 20% is chaotic back stabbing, sleaze and utter disunity. All of that with a constant disdain for the country & people.

Isn’t it strange that when people are told not to travel because of bad weather, they largely ignore the warning and travel anyway. But… when told not to travel because of hot weather, it’s imperative that they stay at home and get the hot tub out! #Heatwave2022
