It's notional (doesn't exist in reality) based on the fallacy that Scotland's responsible for a population share of UK debt so pays a population share of UK debt interest. GERS and PESA (CRA) don't support that fallacy so isn't listed as 'identifiable expenditure'.

I agree that the SNP "won’t say whether new drilling is good or not", but it has acknowledged the need to comply with the legal reality that the Conservatives introduced.

It was founded as an independent country 1183 years ago and thus it only came into existence because of the actions of Scottish nationalists.

It's not credible to compare revenue and expenditure between the UK's four nations when one of them (England) has an extremely unfair advantage by hosting UK's capital city, which includes UK's financial and political hub, within it to the detriment of the other UK nations.

It further fails to mention that if Scotland's economy were performing better - like its neighbouring sovereign states of a similar size, which generally have even higher expenditure - it would have a low, or no, deficit and could afford higher expenditure than it has now.

I want Scotland to only get governments and parliaments it elects and not get outvoted and ignored - impossible in EU or UK. Decisions about Scotland should be made in Scotland.

Supporting independence precludes joining EU.
