I read this weekend @StarlingBank has stopped advertising with Meta (facebook) because it hasn't kept scam and fradulent ads under control.

If true Bravo. We need more advertisers to realise publishers allowing scam ads, decreases trust & tarnishes their brand association.

Biden rightly ended travel ban on South Africa. We must rethink use of these approaches in future. New variants will inevitably emerge. Whatever practical benefits may be temporarily achieved by bans are offset by negative incentives created for global public health cooperation.

To all those who couldn’t see loved ones in hospital last December. Who couldn’t hold their hand. I see you. My mum was fighting for her life on the 18th as they partied. She passed without her family by her side on the 29th. As if this Christmas wasn’t going to be hard enough.
