@prioritypasscom Not the best experience at Plaza Premium Edinburgh yesterday. I know it’s a 2hr stay for PP customers so to be asked to see my receipt and courtly be told, you have 30 mins left, made us feel accused of something and put a dampener on the start of our trip.

@prioritypasscom We were within the timeframes. I don’t mind the timeframe. That’s all good. It’s the coming round to check your receipt and stating you have 30 mins left. Not exactly a premium experience. If we’d gone over I’d have been fine with a friendly reminder to re-check in. It’s ok.
