@Tesco my delivery is now 24 mins late, I am on my second attempt at calling customer services!! 17min wait and then hung up on.. Now 6 mins in and still waiting.

Just want my delivery so I can go to bed, this was a 6 till 10 slot and now 1025.

@Tesco you can do better!!!

2300hrs, no delivery, adviser said they won't deliver past 11pm so I guess I am off to bed and hopefully someone will call tomorrow with an update!!

@Tesco biggest peice of advice would be to improve your communications. Might have let me go to bed at a reasonable time!

@Tesco finally get through to customer services 2245, still no delivery and the adviser says we have no updates on the system and don't know where your shopping is..

I am not sure what I find more worrying the poor communication or the fact that no one knows where the driver is!
