@Memetic_Theory @bobbyfijan @moseskagan In places in Cali where you need to nearly double the amount of housing to make it affordable (SF) there is a decent amount of tolerance for rent control. As an owner in SF I support it as when vacancy rates were 1-3% it was the only way to not have to move out of the state.

@Hank_Braak @amandalitman I would say the one that has already proved that secrets were sent directly to outsiders on an unsecured channel. Both the server and signal can be called unsecured channels, but so far only one (signal) has shown a clear national security breach.

@GoViRaLFG @cwebbonline It about the culture of the company/university, it’s about reaching out to marginalized communities to make sure they know about the openings. It’s trying to level an unequitable playing field without using quotas.
