@Mrjamieohara1 Parent and coach education it would certainly help people understand the need to let the coaches coach and not to interfere. A lot of this is down to a complete lack of understanding of player development.

@Mrjamieohara1 It would be nice to have a structured syllabus written by UEFA B level relevant to the younger age groups that means all the fundamentals are there to produce great players. If every grassroots club had access to this along with coach mentoring at the start for coaches along with
