@The_Littlefield@novaaa343 With all of the issues plaguing the administration, anything is possible.
And if Black turnout reaches record levels due to Callais, it could be a major factor in some upsets

What a wild day!
How incredibly telling (though ESPN will ignore it) that on the first weekend of play after it was declared inevitable that “college” football is going to a 24-team playoff, we have the perfect proof of why it is a HORRENDOUS idea…
Georgia, Notre Dame, Indiana, Alabama, and Texas all lost, making it a historic day of major upsets…
But, in a 24-team playoff world, NOT ONE of these results would mean ANYTHING to the losers. All the losing teams would still effectively be locks to get in!
This is not disputable! But the proponents of this system will celebrate what a great day this was, but with ZERO self awareness!
😡🤦♂️🤮
One of the greatest Saturdays in College Football history.
The regular season means something here.
If there’s any ink that isn’t dry on expanding the CFP, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR MINDS.
Shoutout Rece Davis for not being afraid to say that he is staunchly against the 24 team playoff. I wish every one of them would’ve just come out and said it. It’s a disaster and college football is going to be meaningless. Money is going to ruin what was once the most exciting sport in the country.
It’s crazy how united CFB fans are against the 24-team Playoff.
Josh Pate asks the crowd at their show in Indiana yesterday: crowd boos.
College Gameday mentions it in front of BYU fans in Provo: crowd boos.
SEC Nation talks about it in Knoxville: crowd boos, analysts against it.
Get on social media: endless posts of fans voicing their disapproval.
Pull up YouTube: numerous major talking heads/podcasts against it.
Two years, that’s all they gave the 12-team format. Even in those two years, it changed structurally TWICE with the seeding and autobid alterations.
They never even gave it a chance.
The Pop Tart Bowl had better TV ratings than multiple playoff games in a *12 team playoff* earlier this year. So America has spoken on this issue. Pop Tarts.
This year’s possible World Series champions:
• Milwaukee Brewers (never won)
• Tampa Bay Rays (never won)
• Cleveland Guardians (last won in *1948*)
No matter which team wins, its fans will get to celebrate a generational triumph. Pretty great.
I genuinely hate ESPN, the whole point of making the playoffs was that you earned it from playing a near perfect regular season. THAT GOES OUT THE WINDOW WHEN YOU CAN FINISH 8-4 & STILL QUALIFY.
Also this officially means the death of bowl season too. College football died today
There have been at least 370 mass shootings in 288 days this year.
And Republicans will still tell you that the biggest threat to our country is trans people wanting to play sports.
Pass common sense gun safety laws.
Killing conference championship games just to make room for a 24-team playoff is wild. We completely dismantled college football traditions just so the 19th-best team in the country can get blown out by 40 in December.
