If you want to change your situation you must first change your thoughts. Because if you keep on thinking what you have been thinking you’ll keep on getting what you have been getting.
Treat people right. Appreciate them, encourage them, support them and make them feel like they matter (because they do). Do this at home, at work, at school, at the store, etc. Do this with people you know and people you don't. Try your best every day to make someone else's day.
What if we mapped the curriculum around authentic tasks and projects that emphasized what students can DO with their learning? This is just one of the ideas we’ll explore. Hope you can join me.
