@northernassist a new low today at Woodlesford station - 8:23 cancelled, 8:13 arrives at 8:40 so full not one person can get on, 8:39 only two carriages so at least half the people left behind on the platform. I appreciate there are weather issues but this service is terrible

@northernassist fifth time in the last week my train between Woodlesford and Leeds has been short formed - including once only one pacer carriage. If we’re still to be subjected to Pacer carriages couldn’t we at least have an adequate number of them? Couldn’t even get on today

@northernassist usual terrible service today, 2 carriages on the 0741 WDS to LDS on the hottest day of the year, surprised no-one was taken ill. Suspect we left people on the platform unable to board - couldn’t see as I was too squashed in

@northernassist yet again sitting on a delayed train in Leeds station (1758 to Goole), no announcements as to why or how long. This follows a missing carriage this morning (8:39 WDS to LDS) and a 25 minute wait outside Leeds yesterday on the same service. Will it ever improve?
