@CmonMattTHINK Just had a conversation with a student in my world religion class. They observed that they were leaving with more questions than answers. And I politely suggested that all education ought to foster a sense of wonder and curiosity as opposed to providing answers and comfort.

@CmonMattTHINK But how can I test that? It could have a prime FACTOR of 21,012 and I wouldn't know. Well, I know that number is prime because it's divisible by three. But you get what I'm saying, right?
@CmonMattTHINK Unless I can figure out a way to generate all the primes between 1 and 44,311, I can't test it. And my 6x +/-1 model, while better than my triplet model, is still busted.
So how can I know?
@CmonMattTHINK Well, let's assume there. For arguments, let's say that there are 5: 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7. Don't need to worry about 4,6,8,9 and 10 because they're not.
1x2x3x5x7=210 +1 =211 (I'm now sure this is prime)
1x2x3x5x7x211 = 44,310 + 1 (noooo clue!)
And I'm lost.
@CmonMattTHINK But I can't test it because I don't know how to generate a list of prime numbers. My little model of 6x +/- 1 comes up with some bogus hits.
@CmonMattTHINK If I had to guess, I think I'm close to suggesting the idea that there is an infinite supply of primes. If every time I add 1 to the multiple of primes, and thus eliminate those primes as potential factors of the new #, then I think I'm close to proving infinite prime numbers
