@HSBC_UK using your app to pay in a cheque is infuriating. After 30 minutes getting the front and back photos recognised it says it can't deposit and to use a branch. Not good enough

.@ScotRail Farce. Got on the 16:17 at Haymarket to Tweedbank. Announce on arrival at Waverley that it's terminating at platform 16 and we should go to platform 7. This train has already left when we get there. An already overcrowded service getting worse #bordersrailway#scotfail
