Want Better Rhythm? One of the oldest drills but still great - hit some 7 irons with your feet together make a wide swing staying in balance

[Scott Cranfield @scottcranfield]

Exercise for balance - take swings standing on 2 cushions the wobbly surface challenges your body to stabilize itself - great 4 your swing

[Scott Cranfield @scottcranfield]

A pre swing waggle can help balance out your swing i.e. slicing then waggle in 2 out with a strong c/face swinging fast then waggle slow etc

Flow state says take on challenges that will stretch u but u have just enough skill to do it - this approach helps u maintain a clear focus

[Scott Cranfield @scottcranfield]

With a good focus u will get consistency in your game even though the feelings u have may change from time to time A Consistent Focus is Key

[Scott Cranfield @scottcranfield]

Never try and hold onto a feeling - feelings change but you should find 1 or 2 focuses that work for you and this will bring consistency.

Forgotten key to good grip and stable club at impact...gently maintain squeeze in last 3 fingers of your top hand = extra power and control!

[Scott Cranfield @scottcranfield]

Think too much about a position in yr swing & that area might tighten up causing another area to over work to compensate. Focus on Flowing!

[Scott Cranfield @scottcranfield]

Powerful Message from Keegan Bradley "I try not to have swing thoughts while i'm out playing none at all. That's the way you play best."

[Scott Cranfield @scottcranfield]

Getting the basics right such as grip; posture etc provides a foundation for natural talent to flow and for the golfer to be them-self!

[Scott Cranfield @scottcranfield]

Flow can be essential to your routine - most top players keep moving right into their swing. Don't get static! Flow can stop u over thinking

"I play to win during practice or a real game I will not let anything get in the way of me and my competitive enthusiasm to win" M Jordan

"Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen". Michael Jordan
