Couldn't agree more, Journalists are now heavily biased and pursue based on vendettas and dislike of someone, a group of people or companies. Twisting stories, words and events to suit a narrative they are building. Have experienced it myself from one or two particular ones and had to gain a thick skin to protect my own mental health.
@DailyMail And by doing so generated nearly £150m for the local economy over five years from what the pride event brought to the city. I would think it’s a great return on investment isn’t it?
@OmriSeq@SMaurizi@FranceskAlbs@couragefound No you’re totally wrong. You’re just attacking and making assumptions for the sake of it. Thats how you alienate people to your cause rather than attract them to it.
I don’t need to prove anything to anyone. I’ve not once stated one live is more important than another. I simply responded to a post with my opinion on the topic the poster was stating. What you’ve decided to do is just attack someone because it wasn’t a response to something you care about. Instead you choose to alienate instead of educate.
@OmriSeq@SMaurizi@FranceskAlbs@couragefound I have eyes I can see the barbaric killing of innocent women and children by Israel that’s not something that’s fabricated. I’m sorry that doesn’t play into your narrative. If you really stand for something, put your name on your account and own your attacks on people on X.
@OmriSeq@SMaurizi@FranceskAlbs@couragefound You’re making sweeping assumptions in that tweet. No point debating with you as you’ll probably be unreasonable with that too. If you want sympathy or to draw attention to something, attacking someone on X for not posting about it, isn’t going to achieve that.
The whole system needs to be reformed from top to bottom. It’s not built for rehabilitation, it’s built as a conveyer belt for people to get lost in. You’ve got officers who simply don’t care or inexperienced, you’ve got offender managers who are over zealous and overworked, youve got education that’s had its funding destroyed, lack of spaces for classes, and focused on stupid policies like not having drinks in a class room, you’ve got probation that are trigger happy looking to recall probationers because the case loads are far to big instead of having focus on rehabilitation. When prisoners are released they are released without any support because the services are overwhelmed or full of red tape. I would say the system is under funded but it’s had plenty of money but that money is spent in the wrong places and wasted.
@BBCLondonNews This issue has been topic of conversation for years. When you look at South Korea and other Asian countries that have fast and reliable WiFi on trains it just shows how embarrassing our infrastructure is in the UK.
