@SneakerPurple@SBakerMD Maybe. One month I was doing a few laps every day around a small park during lunch. A guy with crutches sitting on a bench stopped me one day to tell me I shouldn't walk so much because his doctor told him it was bad for the knees.
@SqSehrish If you are using standard order of operations, the answer is 38. If you are using the order as they are read, like you are typing into a calculator, the answer is 82.
@kingjock1878@kneeovertoesguy Try it with and without the tilt. Maybe one ankle needs it, but the other might not. It's all about doing the best we can with what we have, ideally without pain.
@kingjock1878@kneeovertoesguy Most people don't have enough ankle mobility. The tilt takes away the range of motion for the ankle but not for the knee. On a step, letting your heel come up as you go down will accomplish the same thing as the tilt, if you need it. Use what you have.
@SBakerMD Don't know about cramps (it's been a while, and who knows if will remember next time), but I do know that something similar works for stopping hiccups. I usually have a glass of water and take the tiniest sips possible. By the time I get to 100 swallows, they are gone.
@BarkingFrogger_@SamaHoole Yes, there's hope. The type 1 diabetics eating carnivore usually reduce the amount of insulin they take otherwise their blood glucose will drop too low. It needs to be monitored carefully.
If some sugar is needed sometimes, that is still far better than the alternative.
