I went to @crumbl to get cookies w/ my family on Fri or Sat & instead of their normal offering, they were doing "thin" cookies. We specifically went there because we like what they normally have & those were not an option. Seems weird to not keep your core offering available.

@nickgraynews We've been dancing around the 150 to 175 person mark. We do a mixture of break out sessions and keynotes to help mix it up some. I think "virtual" is actually the biggest thread to events. People are hesitant to travel and invest.

@LeadershipAcad1 How many dumpsters are you typically using at one time? One idea is to hedge and ask your current provider what they would charge to haul/dump your own dumpsters. Then do the math on cost to buy a few. No staff, just a "tool" you need a place to store.
