$IBRX Glioblastoma (QUILT-3.078)
ANKTIVA + PD-L1 t-haNK + bevacizumab: 9.5 mOS
Bevacizumab alone (CheckMate 143): 10.0 mOS
Every patient in the ANKTIVA trial had low lymphocyte counts at the start. In glioblastoma, low lymphocyte counts are linked to shorter survival.
The 10-month bevacizumab figure comes from a broad, mixed group of patients with low, normal and high lymphocyte counts. Matching that survival in a group with a worse outlook is very encouraging.
There’s more. ANKTIVA raised lymphocyte counts and kept them up, from about 1000 to 1300 or higher, all the way to week 46. Since lymphocyte levels are tied to survival in glioblastoma, that is the treatment working as designed.
On top of that, it was well tolerated: only 2 serious side effects.
The next thing to watch is the 12-month survival rate, compared with about 42% for bevacizumab alone, maybie released on friday during ESMO.
Anktiva is an immune system OS
What’s clear from today’s news is Dr Pat can move the needle
$IBRX has the ability to gain more approvals over time and soon, it’ll become a global healthcare platform
Big news for bladder cancer patients! FDA just expanded approval of Anktiva with BCG for adults with BCG-unresponsive, high-grade papillary-only NMIBC — the first treatment approved for this group. This is a first, and that matters. Evidence from a closely related form of bladder cancer supported the approval.

@adamfeuerstein I feel bad for the poor saps that were scared out of their shares with what should be illegal activity....helped his buddies, I am sure.
My frequent flyer number does not work, but I have over 62,000 miles stored on it. I cannot get credit for the past 12 flights in the past 2 months. Do I have a new number that I can merge? https://t.co/TBX0UBxWEk
