Love what your doing for the housing market Bill, as a land developer, selling to the builders is very difficult right now, they have excess inventory in over built markets they are sitting on and have to move them before they buy again. Preventing institutional investors from buying these homes, in my opinion, is a mistake and could prevent the builders from buying new land in underserved markets.
