@Petco I don't believe the box was dripping water. Regardless, it sounds like you're confirming that all items that are returned are disposed of. There has to be a better way. That policy must result in an absurd amount of wasted products. Bad for your bottom line and the environment.
@Petco, I returned an opened cat fountain to your store today, and the associate put it directly into the trash, per store policy. This is outrageous. You can't at least find a way to donate it? I'll definitely think less of Petco until you improve this policy. #sustainability
@AmericanAir if youโre not going to #recycle cans (which you should, @united collects #recycling separately), at least let passengers keep them to recycle later. A flight attendant refused to let me put an empty can in my backpack to recycle at the airport. Outrageous.
@HelloFresh, confused by your instructions on the ice packs. Wonโt dumping the goo in the trash make it so the trash bag breaks? And can plastic recyclers still recycle the plastic with all the goo residue?
@SouthwestAir, thank goodness I looked at the app. Told me flight cancelled so I stopped driving to airport. No notification given. All flights to SAT hundreds of $ more. Not great.
@SWANA's virtual SWANApalooza will be taking place June 23-25. Full program is here: https://t.co/iVSXnF9S8w. Kudos to the SWANA team for converting this in-person event to a virtual one!
