For those who say Polkadot uses Cardano's consensus protocol, it's only a very small 🧩.

BABE is based on Ouroboros, but it only took about 2 weeks to code.

GRANDPA: 2 months.

Parachains consensus: 18 months.

Thanks for the paper anyway. I had fun coding it.
