@ninaturner Minimum wage was designed for a single person who works a full time job to be able to support themselves with housing,food,utilities, transportation and medical. Adjust the minimum wage for modern inflation it should be no less than 35.75$ hr.

@ninaturner I make 23.21hr. My rent is 1700, my electric is approx 375, oil over 1k to fill ever 2m, cell is 290. That's nearly 3k a month just to have a roof with basic utilites 0 luxury not including food. My take home is 920$ bi-weekly.
