@Lionel_Racing My target just stocked with 2023 Wave 7 so doubt I’ll be seeing these there for a while. Other local Target is clogged with 2023 Wave 11. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I have been able to find new WC at those places, just not reg cars.

@Lionel_Racing so I was lucky enough to find WC Wave 4 last night in local Target. Unfortunately when I got to checkout, they would not let me buy them. None of them scanned, so manager said they weren’t in their system and couldn’t sell them.
