@Ticketmaster Thanks for explaining… just one more question? How do tickets end up on reseller sites literally 30 minutes into the pre-sale? This is nothing new or unprecedented for TM.. I’ve been buying tickets for years and always the same issues. Why every concert on sale the same day??

@Ticketmaster Federal government needs to investigate you… You guys created the verified fan process and you won’t say how it works.. scalpers and resellers certainly were able to get tickets. Plenty of inventory for them.
