@British_Airways@l_a_d_a_m 2/2 I raised a complaint 4 weeks ago to be reimbursed for accommodation, transport and food, I still haven't heard anything back yet. To top it all off my bag was delayed a week. No phone numbers, multiple customer relations updates requested. Not heard a peep from them!!!
@British_Airways@l_a_d_a_m 1/2 I wouldn't bother waste of time, I was delayed 4 hours at Manchester which meant I missed my connecting flight to Australia. They booked me on a flight the day after but arrived home 24 hours late, missed my flight to work so lost a few days pay as well.
