@PED7 My kids been on waiting list for 7-8 years and still not got a season ticket. Had them on memeberships every year but this year as it’s never made a difference. Now just had email saying now tier 2.
@QatarAirways left us overnight in Doha with 3 children (ages 1, 8 & 11) after a missed connection. We were under airline control, arrived before departure, yet were rebooked onto a 2am flight.
On the rebooked flight, they tried to seat our 8- & 11-year-olds away from both parents. After an overnight delay, this caused further distress. Formal complaint sent 3 weeks ago—no response. Unacceptable.
Food vouchers didn’t work, we paid out of pocket to feed our kids. Promised lounge access was refused and delayed for hours. Airport was quiet, staff were rude, and no manager would assist.
@qatarairways@varun_oberoi I’ve messaged you on here several times. It’s like robotic response. Says the same thing sorry to hear this our team will reach out. Been waiting for 1 reply for 2 weeks !
UPDATE: Still ZERO response from @flydubai. They REFUSED a simple name change, forced me to pay full price—then magically approved the change right after I paid. No refund. No help. Just silence.
This is theft. Pure and simple.

@flydubai refused to let me change the voucher name, so I paid full price to book. Moments after I paid, they suddenly agreed to the name change. Too late. No refund, no help. Left out of pocket for no reason. Unacceptable. Please RT. #CustomerRights#FlyDubai
