@DeliverooHelp The point is, it could have been easily resolved and wasn’t and now I have disappointed children. 1st world problems I know, but it will make me think again before using you. I have DM’d you.

Really poor service from @DeliverooHelp tonight. Unfortunately the driver dropped our order on our doorstep, mistakes happen. Wanted replacement food but Deliveroo would only refund but that doesn’t help me feed my family!
