The company Jhonlin Group is bringing in around 2,000 excavators from outside Papua to push development programs, including community rice field initiatives, 135 km of road construction, OPLAH (Land Optimization), sugarcane bioethanol and biogas projects, and food self-sufficiency programs in Merauke, Boven Digoel, and Mappi, South Papua Province.
