Just have to make you aware of how horrible @Lowes is as a company. At this point they basically stole 14000 from me and my family. We paid for a service to which they never completed and have not provided us with any update as IME, IST and Customer Solutions have promised.

@Amtrak I’m team being delayed again. Over 45mins worth of delays because the track is being worked on. You should have informed us of that before we even boarded. Very shady business practices
