@c2c_Rail Can you help. There are few hundred customers at Fenchurch St with zero information about the delays. No announcement and all staff are saying they have no info.
@CollinRugg Have you ever earned an Olympic silver medal? Nah, didn’t think so. If they were handing out medals for being an absolute wanker you would be awarded gold.
@carlton13@Spanishape29@LBC Hey bud, my wife worked at the NAO for 20 years at the highest possible level - the bit where you’re talking to the PM and Her Majesty. - I know exactly how it works. The bigger stuff she couldn’t even discuss with me.
@carlton13@Spanishape29@LBC Yes, why else would they hold Serco shares. Do you not think a £5 billion contract wouldn’t move the needle? You obviously don’t invest or trade.
@carlton13@Spanishape29@LBC You don’t need to hold Serco shares to profit, that’s a paper trail. Invest in the big boys who invest in Serco and you’ll profit. Always follow the institutional money.
@carlton13@Spanishape29@LBC Politicians most certainly do handout contracts - not directly of course, but by via their party’s procurement dept. Serco lobby and are rewarded. Politicians don’t have to own Serco stock directly, just hold Blackrock in a fund and you’ve paid yourself. Easy money.
@carlton13@Spanishape29@LBC Serco’s transparency isn’t in question here - but now you mention it there is the tagging scandal. Serca is Blackrock, Fidelity, Vanguard, JP Morgan etc. Institutions. The politicians handing out the contracts are the ones in question. Have a look at their investment portfolios.
@coinbureau Of course a bank would say that. Are they still one of the banks not allowing withdrawals to exchanges? Natwest will come out with the same statement soon.
@OscarCa15837513@LBC No, definitely not saying that. Just highlighting the abuse of the system and lack of government enforcement - it’s too big to manage. Welfare should go to those most in need - those who can’t work, pensioners etc. I’de also like to keep a bit more of my own money for my family.
