Living in Radyr, Wales after 32 years in Bexley, Kent. Llandeilo boy with passion for the Scarlets & the Swans- Love fishing the scourie lochs hence the name
@Mantog Just on holiday and thinking us guys rely on blogs, posts etc but what we need is a book of articles on line with pics as you go along for fellow nutcases to enjoy free of charge or a £1. So I am off again next week to Spain and will start the process. Will keep you in the loop?
I made it to 65 recently but still can't find my Andrew Valentine pension from 1986. The A G Pension Plan seems to have gone missing but trying Premier Pensions in Croydon today after 3 years into the search
Just found the 2 best flies in Sutherland's visit in June. The green fly which looked more like a spider when wet accounted for the 5lb+ fish and the 4lb'er plus other 2lb'ish trout. Doobry was the fly at
Scourie weighing around 4 1/2lb fished deep. Stimulators was the No 1 dry.
@Mantog Had two remarkable fish today one at 5lb+ 67cm and a 4lb fish who was only 51cm. Video is not good as caught on icross and life saver gets on the way. Maybe on my hat in the future. The small fish here but the bigger one was very orange and had a a big Kyle.
Great day out on Scourie Hotel waters today. This 4 1/2lb monster was the result for this start of my 3 week holiday
@Mantog you need to go further north lovely 8 degrees today!
Great 1st visit John Norris of Penrith this morning. A few flies to tempt the Scourie trout this week. 51 years travelling to Scotland first time I've stopped and shopped here. Excellent
Just spent a few hours tracking a lost pension with Andrew Valantine Ltd. The AG Pension Plan anyone know who administers this? Capita Hartshead used to but not anymore. UK Greetings no help either. I worked there 82 to 87. Cheers Graham
@BBCRadioWales Cheers enjoyed singing that at 5.30 this morning in the house (Home alone and can't sleep) I'll lead the south stand choir at the Stadium week Saturday with a rendition
@wynneevans You have inspired me and lost 10lb in last 3 weeks but what shirts can I wear by December is the deciding factor. Maybe we can have a "Hawaiian shirt off" in December?
@_SeanHolley Reasons why we did not go, you can't trust em after Agincourt. But seriously Japan was so magnificent it would have been just too much. Especially at the costs incurred.
@Mantog Haunted lochs of Sutherland, sounds like a good article title but few fish caught in these weird places. Still suffering calf issues from Na Barrack walk nearly 3 months ago! Doing some prep for 2024 trip this morning. cheers G
