@CooperativeBank None of it is working! None of my online payments are being accepted, the online banking is offline, the mobile app is offline.

@CooperativeBank Totally unacceptable Co-op. With all the will in the world you should have measures in place for whatever scenario you’ve been hit with. How can you leave customers stranded for 24hrs now with little information and no access to their accounts.
