@arrivanorthwest Where it has the stop names doesn't show Where the bus is. So when I click on my bus stop it will say 10 mins but you can't see the bus unless it is literally at your stop. The app. So pretty much might as well just go off the physical time table because they pretty much alike

@merseyrail Give over, its a joke for anyone who cant scan through. I pay 103 a month upfront, yet im now waiting longer to get through central barriers. It's not as if trios are a new ticket , no excuse for them to be added seeing as yours systems have been updated how many times?

@merseyrail Hmmmm something not right here, 3 train faults within 2 hours. @LivEchonews why don't you request a Subject access request for these so called faults and whatever other reasons they give for not running the services.

@merseyrail You don't even give adequate notice that it is cancelled. Stood on platform and some gargled message on the speaker that you can't hear, and train disappears from the board without saying cancelled on it

@merseyrail Exactly so everytime there are issues, its always managed to stay over the percentage it needs to. Maybe you as a company need to look at why monthly ticket holders are treated differently

@merseyrail These trains are a joke. Just sat at kirkby cos there was problems with this train. Might as well make a train out of lego....be more reliable
