I really want people who think abusers can be rehabilitated to read Why Does He Do That by Dr Lundy Bancroft. That book was written by a man who has spent years running an abuser rehabilitation program and the picture he paints is…not good

I dyed my hair turquoise several days ago (left pic), and am too lazy to deal with the upkeep. So I tried to neutralize the green with orange. It largely worked, but the ends of my hair are still dark blue. I am a dumbass and a menace
