Worst headset ever. Broke on the headset portion. weak set them on a desk. Called customer service and took them over a week to get back to me said warranty was invalid bc we broke them by setting them down. Spoke to 3 people and all contradictory. NEVER buy from them FRAUD

Hate spectrum. Internet dropping daily for hours with 2 kids in school being dropped from classes and working from home dropped from mtgs. Done EVERYTHING they asked and now they can’t send anyone to “find the problem for a week! @GetSpectrum@Ask_Spectrum@CharterCom
@AAAauto worst service ever. Had it for 9 years for roadside service. The one time I need them. Left me stranded for 30 minutes on hold and then gave me a wait time of 1.5 hours to have someone come help me. Horrible service. It’s worthless
