Ridiculous customer service from @allensolly . Since December 4th I've been writing to the Customer care about an incomplete order - not even one call back, no escalation and I still have to send email reminders! Pathetic service- you guys really need to get your act together.

Even with limited staff the least you can do is reply to your customer emails or have the courtesy to call back (after 3 assured call backs- which never happened)
